Rehabilitation of the people of 26 affected villages under Hippargi project sanctioned at a cost of Rs. 555 Crore.
To over come the water scarcity in the drought affected villages of Jagalur and Harapanahalli Taluks, a scheme has been initiated to fill 22 tanks and Hagari Bommanahalli reservoir by lifting water from Tunga Bhadra river at a cost of Rs.100 Crore. |
