Bangalore: Even as the demand for separate statehood for Kodagu remains before the Centre, chief minister B S Yeddyurappa has made it clear that it will be an integral part of Karnataka and cannot be disintegrated.Yeddyurappa on Monday said his government will now give in to pressure on this front. “The Centre has to take the parent-state’s opinion in case of separate statehood. We will oppose any such move.”
Kodagu will remain with state: CM
