Addressing a press conference here today Mr. Yeddyurappa told that “It is now established that city of Mangalore and Dakshina Kannada district have together become a terror planning centre, we fortunately have a dedicated band of youth who will help the government in controlling terror elements taking control of this beautiful city.”
