The State Government is carrying out the rehabilitation work in regions affected by rain and floods in North Karnataka. About 300 villages would be shifted, said Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa.He was addressing a press meet at Banagaramakki in Honnavar taluk on Monday after dedicating a golden shield to the Veeranjenya at Bangarammakki.The Chief Minister said at Kadawad where over 19 people were killed in a landslip, 40 houses would be built to house the displaced family by Seva Bharati at Kadawad.
