Cong-JD(s) should stop sniping at govt: CM

SHIMOGA: Pulling up the Opposition parties, Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa advised the Congress and JD(S) not to make baseless allegations.Reacting to the allegation of former chief minister HD Kumaraswamy that the Congress and BJP had an alliance during the Assembly session, he told reporters at Ayanur on Monday: “I don’t want your certificate. People will decide who allied with whom.” The Opposition, especially the JD(S) had made it a habit to criticise the ruling party and there was no need to attribute much importance to it, he said.He said that the Congress and the JD(S) had a tie-up during the Lok Sabha and byelections.”Everybody knows who was responsible for Somanna’s defeat in the by-election.
