BANGALORE: Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa on Sunday said Karnataka would be able to release the Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu only if the State received adequate rainfall.“We will be able to release water to Tamil Nadu only if it rains [in Karnataka],” Mr Yeddyurappa said when reporters asked him whether water would be released to Tamil Nadu as per the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal award.
