Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, who has been on a tour in China for the last few days, has invited Chinese Communist Party(CCP) secretary of Shanghai, Yu Zhengsheng, who is also the second highest authority in the party, to participate in the Global Investors Meet to be held at Bangalore in January next year.
